PRINCE2 ®: Projects in Controlled Environments

PRojects IN Controlled Environments is widely recognised as the de facto method for project management. PRINCE2 provides a framework that brings together disciplines and activities that ensure successful project delivery.

The PRINCE2 training event and qualification is aimed at current and aspiring project managers. It is also relevant to other key staff involved in the design, development and delivery of projects, including Project Board members (e.g. Senior Responsible Owners), Team Managers (e.g. Product Delivery Managers), Project Assurance (e.g. Internal Audit), Change specialists and Project Support and project office staff.

It is a non-proprietary international best practice project management qualification and our event and course material provides comprehensive coverage of all aspects of the PRINCE2 methodology and prepares you for the Foundation and/or Practitioner exams.

PRINCE2 is extensively used in over 150 countries with over 25 000 organisations benefiting from its trusted approach. This event will help those running projects of any size and in any environment to effectively deliver what is required, by appropriately managing costs, timescales, quality, scope, risks and benefits.

PRINCE2 carries you through all the essentials for running a project, from planning to implementation and delivery, to measuring outcomes. Above all, it keeps your attention focused firmly on the business case to ensure that the project delivers and develops in line with your needs.

Don’t put your career progress at risk, join the thousands, yes thousands of project managers that have benefited from Snap Tech’s PRINCE2 training events, and get an internationally recognized PRINCE2 certification.

The event is a mixture of lectures, individual and team exercises and practical examples, delivered by an experienced APM Group accredited trainer.

The event documentation is comprehensive and includes a copy of the PRINCE2 manual that together with the pre-event pack helps the delegate to prepare for the intense event through a 10 to 30 hour pre-event schedule.

Evening homework can be expected during the event. A Practitioner exam pass mark will require considerably more effort than the Foundation event. Snap Tech has an enviable pass rate on the exams.

The purpose of the Foundation qualification is to confirm you have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the PRINCE2 method to be able to work effectively with, or as a member of, a project management team working within an environment supporting PRINCE2. The foundation exam is also a pre-requisite for the practitioner certification.
